Marc S. Gaffrey is the Supervising Partner of the Environmental & Toxic Tort Litigation Department at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas. Leveraging his background in biochemistry, Marc has resolved hundreds of toxic tort, mass tort, and environmental law disputes throughout New York, New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania over his 35+ year career with a unique scientific perspective and understanding. He handles matters involving asbestos, mold, talc, silica, benzene, pesticides, and chemical compounds, and has also litigated numerous environmental matters involving fuel oil discharge, hazardous waste, Superfund site construction and remediation, and landfill clean-up. In addition to his legal practice, Marc is President-Elect of the Middlesex County Bar Association and Co-Chair of its Environmental Law Committee.

Allie Ozurovich, Associate

Allie Ozurovich is an associate in the firm’s product liability and mass torts practice group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on representing major consumer products manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies in federal multidistrict litigation and coordinated state court proceedings involving claims of personal injury, wrongful death, and consumer fraud.

Over her career, Ms. Ozurovich has handled all aspects of litigation, including fact and expert discovery and case workup, motions practice, trial, and appeals. She has significant experience developing expert witnesses and preparing company witnesses for deposition and trial. She has also successfully briefed and argued motions in both state and federal court, including dispositive motions, Daubert and Sargon motions, and motions in limine.

Michelle Potter is a Chief Operating Officers and Senior Managing Director at KCIC, a consulting firm based in Washington DC that helps companies manage their product liabilities. Michelle has more than 20 years of financial and data analysis experience with a background in economics.

Michelle spends her time at KCIC partnering with clients to manage their underlying liabilities and insurance assets in order to make data driven strategic decisions. Michelle also prepares forecasts of future liability and helps clients understand the impact of those forecasts to their financial statements. Michelle contributes extensively to the thought leadership for industry-related topics. Additional, she is driven by KCIC’s roots to be a teaching organization to help grow and uphold an innovative mindset to support creative and custom solutions for her clients.

Michelle lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and three children. Outside the office, Michelle is involved in her children’s sporting events and various school and church activities.
