ALABAMA

The Knowledge Group does not automatically submit CLE application for all our programs in Alabama.

To claim your CLE credit, please self-apply to Alabama State Bar.

ALASKA

The Knowledge Group does not submit application for CLE credits in Alaska. CLE courses which take place outside of Alaska or webcasts from outside of Alaska are not required to be accredited by the Alaska Bar Association. Bar members may claim credit for attendance at CLE programs offered in or from other jurisdictions if the program has been accredited by another MCLE jurisdiction.

ARIZONA

The Knowledge Group does not submit application for CLE credits in Arizona. The State Bar of Arizona does not certify courses or providers. Arizona lawyers are required to independently review the bar’s regulations and make their own determination that it qualifies for credit towards their MCLE requirements.

ARKANSAS

The Knowledge Group does not submit application for CLE credits in Arkansas. TKG webcasts are pre-approved in California thus, attendees may claim credits in Arkansas through reciprocal accreditation.

CALIFORNIA

The Knowledge Group is an approved Multiple Activity Provider in the state of California. TKG webcasts are pre-approved and qualify as participatory activities in California.

COLORADO

The Knowledge Group does not automatically submit CLE application for all our programs in Colorado.

CONNECTICUT

The Knowledge Group does not submit application for CLE credits in Connecticut. TKG webcasts are pre-approved in California and therefore pre-approved in Connecticut.

DELAWARE

The Knowledge Group does not automatically submit CLE application for all our programs in Delaware.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

No MCLE requirement for attorneys admitted to practice in District of Columbia.

FLORIDA

The Knowledge Group does not automatically submit CLE application for all our programs in Florida.

GEORGIA

The Knowledge Group automatically submits CLE application for all our programs in Georgia. All our courses are pre-approved in Georgia.

HAWAII

The Knowledge Group does not submit application for CLE credits in Hawaii. Attorneys may seek individual course accreditation for unapproved courses on behalf of sponsors.

NEW HAMPSHIRE

New Hampshire MCLE Board does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the NH Minimum CLE requirement. Attorneys admitted in New Hampshire will self-certify program adequacy and self-report activity.

NEW JERSEY

The Knowledge Group webcasts are pre-approved in California thus, attendees may claim credits in New Jersey through reciprocity.

What is reciprocity?
New Jersey attorneys who are satisfying the CLE requirement of another mandatory CLE state or who take courses approved in another mandatory CLE state will receive 1:1 credit for courses approved in that jurisdiction through reciprocity. However, attorneys should be aware that there are differences in requirements from state to state. Attorneys relying on reciprocity must ensure that they are also meeting the requirements of New Jersey's program. BCLE Reg. 201:4

NEW MEXICO

The Knowledge Group does not automatically submit CLE application for all our programs in New Mexico.

NEW YORK

The Knowledge Group webcasts are pre-approved for CLE credit under New York’s Approved Jurisdiction policy.

To Claim CLE Credits: The attorney should simply include credits earned via Knowledge Group webcasts when computing the total number of CLE credits completed, and keep the Knowledge Group Certificate of Attendance for a period of at least four (4) years in case of audit. An attorney may count towards his/her New York CLE requirement credit earned through the Approved Jurisdiction policy without notifying the CLE Board.

NORTH CAROLINA

The Knowledge Group automatically submits CLE application for all our programs in North Carolina. All our courses are pre-approved in North Carolina.

NORTH DAKOTA

The Knowledge Group does not submit application for CLE credits in North Dakota. Courses approved by a CLE body of a state with mandatory CLE are presumptively approved. TKG webcasts are pre-approved in California.

OHIO

SOUTH CAROLINA

SOUTH DAKOTA

TENNESSEE

The Knowledge Group automatically submits CLE application for all our programs in Tennessee. All our courses are pre-approved in Tennessee.

TEXAS

The Knowledge Group does not automatically submit CLE application for all our programs in Texas. Please note that attorneys cannot apply directly for credits on behalf of course sponsors.

For webinar courses, the course sponsor must be the one to apply for CLE credit. Attorneys can only apply for in-person seminars that are held outside of Texas. If you’d like to apply directly for accreditation for the course, the attorney may claim the credits as self-study but not as accredited CLE hours. Attorneys may claim up to three hours of self-study credit, including one hour of self-study ethics credit, per compliance year.
