ALASKA

Bar members may claim credit for attendance at CLE programs offered in or from other jurisdictions if the program has been accredited by another MCLE jurisdiction. Though not submitted for approval in Alaska but our webcasts are approved in the State of California. Live CLE courses or webcasts that that take place outside of Alaska are not required to be accredited by the Alaska Bar Association.

The State Bar of Arizona does not certify courses or providers. Arizona lawyers are required to independently review the bar’s regulations and make their own determination that it qualifies for credit towards their MCLE requirements.
