Terms and Conditions

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
For single event registration, cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected] with “Cancellation” in the subject.  Refunds will be issued if the cancellation request is made on or prior to 2 weeks before the event. Cancellation requests made after that date will entitle the registrant to receive a full recording of the event 24-48 hours after the live webcast. Alternatively, if the registrant has a scheduling conflict and cannot attend the live event, the registration fee may be transferable or may be credited to another employee within the same organization so he/she may participate in the live event.

For state, Monthly/Annual All-Access passes and multiple credit bundles, a full refund can be given once the written request has been received as outlined above. Your full refund will be processed within 24-48 working hours.  Please note that a full refund cannot be guaranteed following the issue of continuing education credit, certificate of attendance or any other form of proof-of-study following the completion of any post webcast material.

State Bundles
All “State Bundle” and “QAS Self-Study Bundle” courses should be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. For Ohio, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina state bundles, course completion should be made within the calendar year. Access to these courses beyond the applicable duration will not be allowed.

Individual courses offered in these bundles are subject to expiry terms. We notify registrants in ample time of the courses’ expiry dates. Detailed information about the discounts and the specific rates can be found in the confirmation materials we sent you and listed on the website. The Knowledge Group reserves the right to change or remove discounts at any time, even during the subscription period. However, we may notify our existing subscribers of any price changes. Please note that live webcasts are only accessible within one’s subscription period. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the team via email ([email protected]). The Knowledge Group’s Annual/Monthly Access Passes is subject to fair usage. We allow up to five (5) event registrations per day. The Knowledge Group reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate accounts that are suspected of misuse, fraudulent activity or any other activity that is considered a breach of the company’s terms and conditions.

Certificates of Attendance
Certificates are issued to live and on-demand CLE webcasts upon the completion of a post webcast survey as a proof of attendance, required by states bars and boards. We make effort to ensure that a significant number of our courses are pre-approved in as many states as possible. If the course is not pre-approved in your particular state, we will try and earn CLE approval on your behalf where applicable. State filling fees will be charged for states requiring CLE fees. When a course has not been pre-approved and you do not want to pay for state filing fees, we will issue a certificate of completion and support the attendee in the application for CLE credits.

If you need CPE credits, certificates are issued for Group Internet-Based (live) webcasts upon the completion of a post webcast survey as a proof of attendance. We do not issue CPE certificates for on-demand webcasts unless it is included in our QAS self-study courses.

CPE Credits Processing
Courses listed on the website as CPE programs are CPE eligible which means material is eligible for CPE but not necessarily included in our CPE program. For some of these courses, The Knowledge Group reserves the right not to include the course for official CPE credit.
