Overview:

On March 29, 2022, the United States Senate passed Resolution 561 which aims to educate the general public about the prevalence of asbestos-related diseases and the risks of asbestos exposure. To this day, it remains heavily monitored by US regulators and many corporations face a difficult road ahead in dealing with various complex asbestos issues.

The continuously increasing number of asbestos personal-injury lawsuits remains a challenge for insurance companies, corporations, and legal practitioners. Likewise, proving or defending against an asbestos exposure claim is a complex and arduous process. Thus, litigation professionals must keep themselves abreast of key tools and strategies to avoid litigation pitfalls.

Connect with distinguished asbestos litigation professionals Justinian C. Lane and Timothy L. Krippner as they share their knowledge on how to effectively manage the ever-changing dynamics of asbestos claims and lawsuits. Expert panelists will also provide insights into the most current and trending issues affecting asbestos litigation along with groundbreaking tips on how to curtail the never-ending asbestos crisis.

Key topics include:

  • Asbestos Litigation: Regulatory Trends and Updates
  • Notable Cases and Court Rulings

Justinian C. Lane, Owner
Asbestos Attorney

The Law Offices of Justinian C. Lane, Esq. – PLLC

For nearly a decade, Justinian C. Lane has asserted the rights of people harmed by asbestos exposure. He has secured millions for his clients. And the work is personal: Mr. Lane’s grandfather piloted naval landing craft in WWII, where he was repeatedly exposed to asbestos aboard military ships. Grandad later got a job as a mechanic, where he worked with asbestos-containing brakes, clutches, gaskets, and auto-body parts. Justinian’s grandmother, meanwhile, washed asbestos dust from her husband’s clothes, and she was also exposed in her soldering job at an electrical plant. Justinian’s own father worked in a titanium foundry throughout the 1950s, a place likely filled with asbestos. All three died of cancers that are often caused by asbestos exposure.
