She actively works on trademark enforcement, including policing registrations and monitoring for potential infringement. Tiffany also assists clients in protecting their assets and reputations in complex commercial litigation. She helps clients develop strategies in support of their business and legal goals, working to address disputes through negotiation and mediation, or before adjudicative bodies, including courts and the TTAB.

Harry Winograd is a Principal with Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C. in Atlanta. He concentrates on business litigation and trial practice. He has represented clients in sixteen states, appearing in both state and federal courts and arbitration. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Emory University School of Law in the Kessler-Eidson Trial Techniques Program. Harry uses his experience to develop effective solutions to the most complex, difficult and often contentious business arrangements. Harry co-authors the authoritative legal resource book “Georgia Business Litigation” in which he covers “Limited Liability Company and Partnership Litigation.” His practice focus is business disputes, data and e discovery, damages in commercial litigation, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets.

John A. Stone is a partner in DeCotiis’ New Jersey and New York offices. Mr. Stone’s practice focuses on complex business matters, including trade secret and other intellectual property litigation, and unfair competition and tortious interference claims, as well as construction and land use disputes and intra-company disputes.
Mr. Stone received his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College, his J.D. from the University of Richmond, Virginia, and studied International Law at Cambridge University. Mr. Stone has given Continuing Legal Education seminars on trade secrets, trade dress, and theft-of-ideas, and is co-chair of the ABA’s Trade Secrets Subcommittee, and co-editor of the ABA’s Intellectual Property Newsletter.
