Thomas C. Senter is as partner at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP where he is co-Chair of the Employment Law Department, a member of the Tax, Trusts & Estates Department and Chair of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group. His practice focuses primarily on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation. He provides counsel to employers, senior executives, Boards of Directors and Board Committees. Mr. Senter has extensive experience related to equity and non-equity based qualified and non-qualified retirement and compensation plans, stock option and deferred compensation arrangements, fiduciary issues under ERISA, plan qualification and administration issues, and employee health and welfare plans. He also advises clients on compliance with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code, the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA and COBRA, and assists in the negotiation and drafting of employment and separation agreements. Mr. Senter serves on the Board of Trustees and is immediate Past Chair of Englewood Hospital and its parent System Board. He is a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and is listed in Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers in the employee benefits practice area.

Hristina Bojadzieva Bartlett specializes in applying financial, accounting, and statistical analyses to various types of cases, including commercial disputes, finance, insurance, intellectual property, and valuation matters. She has worked on numerous cases involving the calculation of lost profits, accounting investigations, liquidity/solvency analyses, and the valuation of domestic and international companies. Her insurance-related work includes claims data analysis, evaluating payment rates, assessing billing practices, assessing damages from breach of contract terms pertaining to payment, calculating the reasonable value of provider services, calculating lost profits, and benchmarking the profitability, payor mix and quality of services of health institutions. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV). Ms. Bartlett has been retained as an expert on numerous cases.
