Overview:

Disputes on the scope of work, defects, and timeliness often arise in construction and over the years, these disputes have evolved into more complex challenges posing greater problems to project owners and contractors. Although often settled through mediation, arbitration, or trial, construction disputes can often be expensive and time-consuming.

To minimize costs and delays brought by construction disputes, project participants should create comprehensive and firm plans where contractors and owners are proactively involved in resolving issues before they lead to disputes. Successfully employing this can also help to effectively prevent such disputes in the long run.

In this LIVE Webcast, a panel of thought leaders and professionals brought together by The Knowledge Group will provide the audience with an in-depth analysis of the recent trends and developments in construction disputes. Speakers will also present the important issues surrounding this topic while providing helpful tips and practices to prevent construction disputes.
