Kyle Owusu, Distressed Debt Analyst
Reorg Research, Inc.

Kyle leads the team of distressed debt analysts and reporters focusing on LatAm for Americas Core Credit by Reorg. Prior to joining Reorg, Kyle was a research analyst at Loeb King Capital Management, where he focused on merger arbitrage, long/short, high yield and special situations. He has a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and an A.B. in economics from Dartmouth College.

Timothy C. Bennett, Senior Counsel

Timothy C. Bennett joined Fulcrum as general counsel in 2017 after nearly fourteen years of law firm experience. He also serves as the risk manager for Fulcrum’s investment committee. Before Fulcrum, Mr. Bennett was senior counsel with Seyfarth Shaw and the leader of that firm’s Global Distressed, Illiquid and Special Situations Trading group. Prior to that role, he was an associate in the banking and finance group in the New York office of the global law firm Clifford Chance. Mr. Bennett has broad experience in corporate, finance and bankruptcy law matters. His law firm practice focused on advising clients in the development and implementation of trading and investment strategies and negotiating transactions on their behalf. Mr. Bennett received his JD and MBA (Finance) from Seton Hall University and his BA (History) from The College of the Holy Cross, and is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts. He resides in Andover, MA, with his wife, three children, and beagle, where he is a coach and vice president of the Andover Hockey Association and a religious education teacher at St. Augustine’s Church.

Ryan Wagner, Of Counsel at Greenberg
Traurig, LLP

Ryan A. Wagner focuses his practice on Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations, restructurings, workouts, distressed M&A, corporate and energy reorganizations and liquidations, distressed debt transactions, and other financial transactions. He also has broad experience in cross-border bankruptcies and restructurings, including the recognition and enforcement of such proceedings in the United States under Chapter 15 of the Bankruptcy Code. Ryan represents companies, debtors, plan proponents, lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and bondholders in connection with all facets of such transactions and proceedings.

Cathrine Castaldi, Partner
Brown Rudnick LLP

Cathrine Castaldi is a partner and practice group leader of the Firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Practice Group. Cathrine concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, and commercial litigation. She has represented Chapter 11 debtors, equity security holders, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees and committees in connection with bankruptcy cases, foreclosure actions, adversary proceedings, and related commercial litigation.

Her experience in Chapter 11 cases involves representation of debtors from the inception of the case to matters involving plan confirmation and related issues, DIP financing arrangements, cash collateral disputes, valuation issues, and litigation.

Cathrine also represents individuals and middle market businesses in litigation matters incident to bankruptcy or out-of-court restructuring, including fraudulent conveyance and preference litigation.
