Overview:

The continuing US sanctions against Russia are expected to result in consequences that will go beyond the current Russia-and-Ukraine conflict. While the increase in inflation rate is still at the peak of the growing concerns, anxieties over rising gas prices, disrupted supply chains, spillover effects, and other essential areas are contributing to a cloudy outlook for the economy.

Listen as experienced international litigation attorney Aleksey Shtivelman (Shutts & Bowen LLP), and business lawyer Sean T. Pribyl (Holland & Knight LLP) provide the audience with an engaging discussion and in-depth analysis of the critical issues surrounding US sanctions against Russia as well as the rising concerns implicated by the current conflict. The speakers will also offer helpful compliance strategies in the rapidly changing landscape.

Key topics that will be covered in this discussion are:

  • Overview of the US Sanction Measures Against Russia
  • Implication of the Imposed Sanctions on Different Areas
  • OFAC Regulations and Enforcement Updates
  • Best Compliance Practice
  • An Outlook of What’s Next
