Will Reilly, Chief Marketing Officer

Will leads VisitPay’s marketing efforts, from brand and message to demand programs, client expansion and digital presence. With 15 years’ experience at major corporations and startups in Europe and the United States, Will was most recently VP of Product Marketing for IBM, guiding a community of over 1,200 marketers. He led IBM in the state of Idaho for a number of years, where he was responsible for community engagement and corporate advocacy. In London, he worked for the IBM Consulting Group and supported supply chain reengineering projects for insurance companies, banks and telcos in many countries across Europe.

Originally from England, Will lives in Eagle, Idaho with his wife and two children. Will holds a BA in English from University College London.

Kristin Burns is Director of Product Management at VisitPay. She joined the team in 2018 with 15 years in consumer loyalty, partnering with global financial institutions to deliver exceptional experiences through best-in-class software solutions. Kristin takes a human-centered approach to product design and leadership, grounded by a cross-functional background in operations and client success. Kristin has a BA degree in History & Sociology from Boise State University.

Terri Meier is currently the System Director Patient Revenue Cycle at UC San Diego Health, providing leadership and strategic direction of UCSDH’s Shared Business Office (SBO).  SBO unifies the patient-facing element of the billing office for both hospital billing and professional billing with a single bill and single point of contact for customer service.  Terri has worked exclusively in healthcare for 40 years serving in multiple leadership roles as well as healthcare consulting.

Immediately prior to UCSDH Terri served for four years as the Director, PFS and Director Professional Billing Organization for Stanford Health Care and the prior 12 years as the Director, Revenue Cycle Operations for Oregon Health & Science University.
