Randall has been at Sovos for almost five years, working in Product Management for most of that time. He started on our standard integrations to our Global Tax Determination, transitioned to the VAT Reporting line of business to support our Spain SII and periodic reporting solutions, then transitioned back to the Sales and Use Tax line of business to support our suite of determination products. Randall manages the roadmap for the determination products and ensures their success by developing new functionality, working with go-to market teams and talking directly to customers to understand requirements.

Chris is a manager in the Indirect Tax Operations Practice at PwC implementing various Sales, Use Tax and VAT software solutions in correlation with ERP Systems such as SAP and Oracle Cloud as well as custom or home-grown billing and payables solutions. He has been with PwC for over 5 years and has worked with all the major tax engine providers both domestically and globally.
Chris has a keen focus on process improvements and enabling technologies to drive efficiencies. In working with clients over the years, Chris has specifically helped in identifying opportunities for improvement including migration from older to new, improved technologies and developing more efficient indirect tax process through automation, ETL and robotics.
