Leveraging his background in biochemistry, Marc has resolved hundreds of toxic tort, mass tort, and environmental law disputes throughout New York, New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania over his 35+ year career with a unique scientific perspective and understanding. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on representing major consumer products manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies in federal multidistrict litigation and coordinated state court proceedings involving claims of personal injury, wrongful death, and consumer fraud.
