David’s practice focuses on intellectual property disputes, including helping clients in cases of patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secrets misappropriation, and IP licensing. David also counsels clients in matters of IP licensing, patent prosecution, and due diligence. His cases routinely involve complex technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, communications, software, electronics, semiconductors and optics. David has litigated in key federal and state jurisdictions across the country, including the ITC and the PTAB.

Before practicing law, David spent over seven years designing next-generation artificial intelligence systems for commercial and military applications. David’s masters’ thesis entitled Feed Forward Artificial Neural Networks, concerned evaluating performance of basic neural network architectures, complementing his engineering work.

Paul Kravetz specializes in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in many areas of electrical, computer and software engineering, including fiber optics, optical communication systems, wireless communication systems, computer hardware and computer software-related inventions, and analog and digital circuitry.  Paul has extensive experience handling issues that arise under 35 U.S.C. § 101 with respect to software, business methods and abstract ideas.  Paul works with U.S. and foreign clients, and regularly travels overseas to give presentations with respect to claim drafting, patent prosecution and other topics regarding U.S. patent law.
