Overview:

The emergence of new technologies continues to restructure the current product manufacturing and design practices, bringing unique developments in the product liability litigation landscape. Additionally, new regulations and enforcement actions in environmental law, particularly perfluoroalkyl substances, have the potential to impact multiple areas of legal practice including toxic tort litigation and corporate compliance. Further, the hurdles prompted by the different parties involved during the lawsuit, starting from local suppliers to retailers, further complicate the legal space.

These developments, along with all emerging regulatory updates, underscore the need to stay abreast with the recent changes in this area of law to avoid risks of litigation.

In this LIVE Webcast, a panel of key thought leaders organized by The Knowledge Group will discuss the significant issues surrounding product liability litigation. The speakers will share insights on how to navigate the challenges brought by recent cases and regulations. They will also offer practical defense strategies to mitigate liability claims.
