Mark D. Podgainy, Managing Director, has 25 years of experience in operational roles and turnaround consulting in a variety of industries. His areas of expertise include operations restructuring, business plan analysis, performance improvement, cash and vendor management, bankruptcy consulting, and interim management services. He has also worked with law firms on forensic and litigation support assignments. His clients have primarily been in the hospitality, real estate, education, consumer products, manufacturing, apparel and textile, food, and retail sectors. Mark has a successful track record guiding middle market companies through workout and restructuring processes, both in and out of court, throughout the country.

Scott Williams focuses his practice on bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. He represents creditors and debtors in complex bankruptcy matters and has substantial experience in handling complex commercial litigation cases.

Scott is active in the Bankruptcy Bar and has served on the boards of both the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Associate of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors. Prior to entering private practice, Scott served as Counsel to U.S. Senator Howell T. Heflin on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Courts and Administrative Practice. While serving as Counsel to Senator Heflin he played a significant role in drafting the United States Bankruptcy Code Amendments enacted in 1994. Scott also served as a law clerk for the United States District Judge Sharon Lovelace Blackburn.

Jonathan Pasternak is a bankruptcy attorney and Partner with Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP in New York City where he is the co-chair of the Bankruptcy Law, Restructuring and Creditor Rights group. His practice focuses on bankruptcy, workout, and business and real estate law matters throughout the country with a concentration on the New York metropolitan area.

Mr. Pasternak routinely represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, with a focus primarily on debtors and their management.
