Compliance Deadline: December 31

Reporting Deadline: February 15

Approval of Programs: The Knowledge Group does not automatically submit CLE application for all our programs in Nevada. Attendees seeking approved credits should send an email to [email protected] for more information.

Program Format: The Knowledge Group LIVE Webcasts qualify as alternate course format in Nevada. There is no limit to the number of credits a Nevada attorney can earn via alternate course format. View our list of LIVE Webcasts.

The recorded version of TKG’s Nevada-approved LIVE webcasts are eligible for credit up to three (3) years from the original recording date. View our list of Recorded Webcasts.

NV CLE Reporting Procedure: Nevada attorneys must self-report their attendance by forwarding the certificate of attendance issued by The Knowledge Group to the Nevada Board of CLE. Attorneys may also fill out Form 3 (Affidavit Verifying Attendance) and send the form to the Board.

Nevada CLE Requirements For Newly Admitted Attorneys: Newly admitted attorneys in the state of Nevada are exempt from CLE requirement for the remainder of the calendar year in which they are admitted, and for the next full calendar year. Instead of earning CLE credits, a newly admitted attorney must participate in a program entitled, “TIPS” through the State Bar of Nevada.
