Florida CLE Requirements: Attorneys licensed in Florida must fulfill thirty (30) hours of continuing education per reporting cycle. This includes a minimum of five (5) credits dedicated to legal ethics, professionalism, substance abuse, or mental illness awareness, with at least two (2) hours specifically from a legal professionalism course provided by The Florida Bar. Additionally, a minimum of three (3) credit hours must be completed in approved technology programs.

Compliance Cycle: Every three years
Approval of Programs: The Knowledge Group does not submit application for CLE credits in Florida. TKG webcasts are pre-approved in California thus, attendees may claim credits in Florida through reciprocity.
Program Format: The Knowledge Group webcasts fulfill the CLE requirements in Florida. There is no limit to the number of credits a Florida attorney can earn via TKG’s webcasts. View our list of LIVE Webcasts and Recorded Webcasts.
Reporting Procedure: The Knowledge Group does not submit attendance report to Florida Bar. Attorneys may earn credits through reciprocity. Submit an application for course attendance credit to [email protected] or fax at (850) 561-9421.
Florida CLE For Newly Admitted Attorneys: Newly-admitted attorneys in the state of Florida will be assigned a date to report CLER completion. The report dates will be staggered to balance the number of members who report each month.
