Oklahoma CLE Requirements: All attorneys admitted to practice in Oklahoma shall complete twelve (12) credit hours of continuing legal education including at least two (2) credit hour of legal ethics.

The Knowledge Group Recorded Webcasts qualify as electronic-based programs in Oklahoma. Attorneys may claim no more than fifteen (15) hours of credit by self-study during a reporting period. No more than six (6) of the twelve (12) CLE credits can be earned by participating in Oklahoma MCLE approved online, on-demand seminars. View our list of Recorded Webcasts.
OK CLE Reporting Procedure: The Knowledge Group submits attendance report for approved courses to Oklahoma MCLE Commission.
Oklahoma CLE Requirements For Newly Admitted Attorneys: Newly admitted attorneys in the state of Oklahoma are exempted from the educational requirement for the calendar year they are admitted to practice law in Oklahoma. Their first year exemption will be filed automatically. If the attorneys earn credit after they are admitted and before the end of the calendar year they are admitted, this credit can be carried forward to the following year only.
