Oklahoma CPE Requirements

Whether you’re an experienced or newly admitted Oklahoma accountant, here’s what you need to be in the know about the OK CPE rules and how to get your Oklahoma CPE Requirements fulfilled with a Knowledge Group CPE Bundle.

CPE Requirements: All accountants admitted to practice in Oklahoma shall complete 120 hours of CPA CPE every rolling 3 year period, with a minimum of 20 CPE hours annually including:
CPA Ethics: 4 hours of ethics CPE every 3-year license period
Subject Area Requirements

Subject Areas Related to the Practice of Public Accounting: Minimum of 72 hours with at least 8 hours completed each year in the specific areas of accounting, taxation, or assurance
Compliance Deadline: Last day of birth month annually
Reporting Period: 1/1 to 12/31 triennial rolling
Compliance Cycle: Annual
Approval of Programs: The Knowledge Group meet the NASBA/AICPA CPE Standards for Group-Internet Based Courses.
The Knowledge Group, LLC is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority of the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
