The Mississippi Supreme Court ruled that the cap on CLE credit obtained through online classes has been temporarily waived because to the ongoing problems with Covid-19. Lawyers can fulfill their CLE requirements for the 2021–2023 reporting year online, through webinars, or by attending live events. Newly admitted attorneys who must complete the program before July 31, 2023, are covered by this provision. These lawyers can also finish the program through online, live, in-person programs, or webinars.
