Overview:

Initial coin offerings (ICOs) have become one of the most promising financing instruments today. Because of its considerable advantages, more startup companies are utilizing ICOs for investment opportunities and capitalization. However, while this financing method continues to proliferate, risks of fraud and ICO manipulation must not be undermined. Thus, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) also continues its heightened scrutiny on the ICO market.

Listen as a panel of key thought leaders and distinguished professionals assembled by The Knowledge Group provide the audience with a comprehensive discussion of the latest regulatory trends and developments in ICO regulation. Speakers will also cite common risks and compliance challenges and share practical ways to help companies ensure compliance.

This LIVE Webcast will discuss the following:

  • Initial Coin Offerings: Overview and Statistics
  • Heightened Crackdown on the ICO Market
