Overview:

The regulatory landscape for the cannabis industry continues to evolve as it reaches new heights both in the U.S. and Canada.

Although the current conflicts between state and federal laws in the U.S. pose significant challenges to stakeholders, recent laws – particularly the Secure and Fair Enforcement (SAFE) Banking Act and the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 – are expected to drive robust cannabis reform. Meanwhile, cannabis players in Canada are preparing to expand in the edibles business as the country sets for the second wave of cannabis legalization which will include cannabis-infused products.

In this LIVE Webcast, a seasoned panel of thought leaders and professionals brought together by The Knowledge Group will provide the audience with an in-depth analysis of recent legislative developments relevant to the U.S. and Canadian cannabis industries. Speakers will also offer the best compliance practices in light of the current and emerging regulatory issues.
