Overview:

The next proxy season is expected to have significant changes and developments because of the COVID-19 global crisis. In line with this, the release of the Institutional Shareholder Services’ (ISS) Annual Benchmark Policy Survey, which outlines important voting policy revisions and risks amid the pandemic, must be carefully considered.

These emerging changes and developments emphasize the need for companies to be well-versed of important updates and trends. Reviewing and planning ahead of time can be both crucial and beneficial to mitigate potential risks and pitfalls.

In this LIVE Webcast, seasoned business consultants Eric Labourdette (ClearBridge Compensation Group) and Brian Scheiring (Pay Governance) will provide the audience with an in-depth analysis of the trends and regulatory developments in the 2021 proxy season. Speakers will underscore the importance of these developments considering the current situation and will present practical strategies and best practices to avoid risks in a rapidly evolving climate.
