Overview:

Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) is a safety net program administered by the Social Security Administration (SSA) that insures workers in case of serious disabilities. Instead of paying premiums to insurance companies, the insured pays Social Security taxes, and part of this tax money funds the SSDI program.

The denial rate for SSDI benefits claims is relatively high, which makes the application process challenging. Thus, effective navigation of the SSDI process requires extensive knowledge of and experience in addressing its complexities.

In this LIVE Webcast, Social Security Disability Insurance experts Randall Mansour (Law Offices of Kelly, Riggs & Mansour, PLC) and Brian Patrick Bronson (Quatrini Rafferty, P.C.) will provide the audience with an in-depth analysis of the SSDI process. Speakers will also offer strategies on how to improve the chances of a successful claim, considering the current and emerging developments.

Key topics include:

  • The SSDI Process – Current and Emerging Developments
  • Recent Statistics
  • Addressing the Complexities
  • Best Strategies for a Successful Claim
  • Filing an Appeal
