Mr. Allen focuses on a range of finance topics, including FinTech, market manipulation, securities, commodities, and asset-backed securities. He coauthored Cornerstone Research’s report on trends in virtual currency enforcement actions by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Mr. Allen holds dual bachelor’s degrees in finance and marketing from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.
