Jacob is a Vice President at Alliant Insurance Services. Jacob acts as advisor and liaison between clients and various insurance carriers, servicing clients’ risk management needs and more specifically in the transactional liability space. Jacob also executes request for proposal preparation/presentation and insurance carrier negotiations, in addition to his role growing Alliant’s M&A practice.

Jacob began in the insurance industry in 2011 and specializes in Reps & Warranties/Transactional Liability. Jacob provides customized solutions that help prevent and respond to liability exposures and has further experience in Directors & Officers and Professional Liability coverages.

Prior to joining Alliant in 2014, Jacob worked as a commercial bank analyst for JPMorgan Chase, a Project Manager for Penske Automotive, followed by his introduction into insurance, whereby he underwrote publicly-traded companies at AIG and later brokering these products at Marsh & McClennan in Chicago, IL.

Jacob earned a BA in English Literature and Law & Commerce from Miami University (OH) and an MA in International Business from Regents University London.

Rickie Trudeau has extensive experience representing private equity clients and their portfolio companies on acquisitions, minority investments and restructurings and representing investment banks, commercial banks, strategic investors and private corporations in structuring multi-million and multi-billion dollar secured and unsecured credit facilities, including acquisition financings. Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Rickie was both a private equity and a banking and finance associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Rickie received her BA in History of Art from Yale and her JD from University of Pennsylvania Law School. Rickie is admitted to practice in New York.

Bryan O’Keefe is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Department. Bryan frequently represents companies in transactional due diligence and bankruptcy matters. Prior to and since joining Seyfarth, Bryan has been responsible for due diligence on more than 1,500 deals, with a particular emphasis on private equity transactions and those involving the use of representations and warranties insurance. Bryan has led the development of the firm’s transactional underwriting practice group. This team advises transactional risk insurers on all aspects of a deal, including assisting with insurer due diligence, identifying key risks with the transaction, and working with buyers’ counsel to negotiate a transactional risk product that serves the needs of all.
