Overview:

Subrogation is the legal right of an insurer to recoup the amount of insurance claim it paid to a policyholder by suing the party responsible for the damages. However, many insurance companies miss the opportunities offered by subrogation as they often neglect to pursue their right, or they do so, but with ineffective subrogation practices.

In this LIVE Webcast, Poynter Law subrogation attorney, Jennifer Poynter, will help the audience understand the insurer’s right to legally pursue a third party through an insurance subrogation claim. She will discuss recent judicial trends and defense tactics that have significant implications on these claims. As an expert, Jennifer will also present the best practices to overcome potential legal challenges and to maximize recoveries.

  • Insurance Subrogation Claims: Overview
