Being Rescheduled
Overview:
In today’s evolving business landscape, financial reporting is critical in ensuring compliance with securities regulations. However, due to global regulatory developments and new technologies, financial reporting standards and practices have also changed rapidly. Such changes now require companies to provide more timely and accurate reporting while adhering to stricter guidelines on corporate governance as well as greater transparency and disclosure requirements.
Thus, to maintain investor trust and mitigate litigation risks, companies and their counsel must be aware of recent developments and ensure their financial reporting practices comply with applicable regulations.
Join a panel of distinguished thought leaders and practitioners organized by The Knowledge Group as they provide an in-depth discussion of the latest financial reporting developments and their implications on securities litigation. Speakers, among other things, will provide insights on best practices to avoid potential pitfalls.
Key issues that will be covered in this course are:
- Financial Reporting: Trends and Developments
- Compliance and Regulatory Changes
