Keith S. Balla has more than 25 years of experience in financial disputes, commercial damage calculations, fraud investigations, contract disputes, operational and efficiency reviews, valuations and business succession planning.
Keith is involved with the Firm’s Government and Business Litigation groups. His in-depth auditing and investigative accounting background extends to clients in both the public and private sectors.
A frequent speaker, Keith shares his forensic investigating knowledge with others and has appeared on several broadcast news segments as an authority on various tax and white-collar crime investigation issues. He is also part of an array of accredited industry and law organizations in New Jersey.
Christopher DeBaere, CFA, Principal

Christopher DeBaere is an expert in the valuation of technology-related businesses and intellectual properties. With extensive experience working for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, software and hardware developers, and consumer products companies, Mr. DeBaere specializes in analyzing complex transactions and valuation issues, as well as damages in intellectual property and commercial disputes.
In addition to serving as a Principal at Archway Research,
Mr. DeBaere has instructed at the Harvard University Extension School teaching Business Valuation at the graduate level. He has a B.A. in Economics and Art History from Williams College. Mr. DeBaere earned his M.B.A. from the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Mr. DeBaere holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA institute and the CFA Society of Boston.
