Kimberly is special counsel in the litigation and arbitration team. She concentrates on general and complex civil litigation, art law, environmental litigation, and trade secret matters. Kimberly handles actions filed in state and federal courts throughout the State of California.
Her commercial litigation experience covers a broad assortment of business disputes, including breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, conversion, and fraud. She has also managed a large number of cases involving breaches of fiduciary duty matters, arising out of various relationships such as trustee/beneficiary, employer/employee, and real estate agent/purchaser.

Giel Stein is a Member in the Litigation group of Clark Hill’s Chicago office. Giel is a trial lawyer. A former Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, Giel has tried cases before federal district courts, federal administrative bodies, federal panel arbitrators, and in state courts. Giel has also argued in state and federal appellate courts. He has effectively led complex public and private sector internal investigations. Giel’s trial skills are complemented by his credentialed mediation abilities, which he honed as a mediator for the Circuit Court of Cook County, the Center for Conflict Resolution, and the Federal Executive Board. Giel teaches trial advocacy and civil discovery at Northwestern Law School and the University of Illinois Law School.

Nick Rauch is an attorney at the Larson King law firm in St. Paul, Minnesota where he focuses his practice on trucking and logistics litigation, professional liability, and oil and gas defense. Nick currently serves on the steering committee for the DRI Litigation Skills committee and is the Chair of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association diversity committee. Prior to working in civil litigation, Nick gained voluminous trial experience with the Polk County Attorney’s Office in Des Moines, IA. For his efforts, Nick received the 2018 Excellence in Prosecution Award from the Iowa County Attorneys Association.
