The reauthorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program (RC Program), now entitled the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, represents a renewed and valuable source of foreign capital. Key aspects revised by this bill include adjustments in the investment threshold, reauthorization time frame, targeted employment regulatory definition, and several security and integrity measures.

As the new bill brings significant changes to the RC program, it has also created new challenges for the EB-5 investment industry.
