Timothy L. Krippner represents dozens of manufacturers in product liability and toxic tort matters throughout the United States. His current responsibilities include retention as trial, local, regional and national coordinating counsel. Mr. Krippner also has considerable experience defending general product liability, professional liability, medical malpractice and construction matters. At Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, Mr. Krippner served on the firm’s Executive, Marketing and Budget Committees during a period of growth from one local office, to offices in Chicago, Austin, Detroit, Jersey City, New York, Philadelphia, and St. Louis.

K&L Gates LLP
Michele Barnes is a seasoned trial attorney who is a member of the K&L Gates complex commercial litigation and disputes practice group. In addition to trying cases throughout California and the Western United States, Michele has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the California Court of Appeals.
Michele represents manufacturers and suppliers of industrial and commercial products in a variety of business and product liability disputes, and counsels companies on risk management best practices.
Michele graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern California in 1993.
