Peter Callaghan is the CRO of Pagefreezer—a provider of eDiscovery solutions that help streamline the collection, legal hold, and review process for modern ESI.

Peter consults with customers in highly-litigated and highly-regulated industries on the effective implementation of information governance, eDiscovery, and compliance strategies. Many of his customers are leading global technology companies, federal agencies, and prestigious financial services firms who face a complex landscape of regulatory requirements and high-stakes legal matters.

With a history of helping to develop innovative tech products and a keen eye for trends, Peter plays a crucial role in identifying the needs of the company’s customers and communicating those needs to the research and development teams at Pagefreezer.

Brett Burney is Principal of Burney Consultants LLC, and focuses the bulk of his time on bridging the chasm between the legal and technology frontiers of electronic discovery. Brett is also very active in the Mac-using lawyer community, working with lawyers who want to integrate Macs, iPhones & iPads into their practice. Prior to establishing Burney Consultants LLC, Brett spent over 5 years at the law firm of Thompson Hine LLP where he worked with litigation teams in building document databases, counseling on electronic discovery issues, and supporting them at trial.

Peter Wechsler is an attorney and founder of The Wechsler Law Group, LLC. He is admitted to practice in Florida and New York, and received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. Peter concentrates his practice in the areas of e-Discovery, torts, product liability, personal injury and wrongful death, medical malpractice, insurance disputes, complex commercial matters, and alternate dispute resolution. He has an international practice of law.
