Overview:

The real estate market has been unceasingly evolving and growing over the past couple of years. However, with the unprecedented and far-reaching consequences brought by the pandemic, real estate deals and transactions have become a lot more challenging. Looming regulatory changes under the new administration are also viewed to bring additional areas of interest in its already complex landscape. These underscore the need for practitioners to stay in the loop of any emerging development in this field of law. They must not only be well-versed in strategically negotiating deals and drafting purchase agreements, but also in keeping themselves abreast of their ethical obligations to minimize the risk of liability.

Listen as a panel of key thought leaders and distinguished practitioners organized by The Knowledge Group provide the audience with a comprehensive discussion of the current and emerging developments in real estate law. Speakers, among other things, will cite common red flags in negotiating real estate deals and share practical strategies to overcome these challenges amid the evolving regulatory climate.

This LIVE Webcast will discuss the following key provisions:

  • Current and Emerging Developments in Real Estate Market
  • COVID-19 Implications
